FAKE NEWS ALERT: CITY NEWS 1130 w. Marcella Bernardo another fake news reporter? "ANMORE PARTY"

1130 CITY NEWS FAKE NEWS WARNING: In a series of FAKE NEWS quotes published by 1130 City News & Marcella Berardo during a time of major uncertainty in regards to how news stations are covering current events, Public Relations Canada has been brought into the middle of a fake news frenzy by this low rating news source. So we decided to help clear things up between FAKE and REAL news for City News and we're happy to do so. Yes, we will take her position at the office if the job were to become magically available. Looking at this, it makes you wonder how far from the truth the rest of the media really is when reporting the news, it's very questionable.

The radio show's news release made by Marcella Bernardo this morning (Aug.23.2020) has many people reading it and asking themselves, "How does Marcella Bernardo have a job in the mass media?" There are so many things wrong with the articles she writes and continues to write, "no wonder Transport Canada won't answer her back." We took the liberty to show you who she is and what we mean.

In a FAKE NEWS quote published by 1130 City News Aug 23.2020 - 8:34 a.m. “Our volunteer fire department had to give him a naloxone injection to revive him –pulled the attendant out of the party, so police didn’t have to go in." - McEwen (Anmore, BC Mayor)

Real News:

1) The fire department NEVER administered any Naloxone injections to revive anybody. There were 2 naloxone kits on hand for the event, which were administered by doctors who were in attendance as guests. The event host Justin Plosz says "every event should have these kits since there were 170 deaths from fentanyl in BC alone in July and only 195 deaths from COVID19 in all of 2020."

2) The victim of the overdose was never "pulled from the party" and police were invited and came into the backyard to see the event that was going on. They also said that there was no noise problem and to keep the parking of the luxury cars away from the neighbours driveway entrances.

Note: The property (35 Birch Wynd) at the time was worth 5.9 million dollars and the taxes paid on that property more than covered the liability put on the department over the course of the year that home was rented.

3) In another FAKE NEWS quote published by 1130 City News "The people who had rented the house and had the party actually had it after their tenancy had expired, so they were literally trespassing.” John McEwen - Mayor of Anmore, BC

REAL NEWS: Screenshot sent from the landlord of 35 Birch Wynd to Justin Plosz on May 21.2019, proving that no one was in no way, shape or form "trespassing" as stated by Mayor John McEwen. (Event was on June 1, 2019)

Yet another questionable quote from the mayor John McEwen of Anmore, BC that has people concerned is:

4) “His[Justin] words were, ‘I guess I owe you a bit of an apology’ and I said, ‘You don’t actually owe me an apology, you owe an apology to the ten volunteers who left their families and their dinners to save one of your party attendees. To think that with what’s going on right now, we can’t have parties like this.” John McEwen obtained from News 1130 City TV new release

Event Host Statement: "First of all, how on earth is this still news? I can't believe the mayor of Anmore, BC is actually upset that ten firefighters left their homes to do their jobs and wants an apology for them having to SAVE A LIFE. It's absolutely appalling to me that he thinks ten family dinners are more important than a life, when it's their job. At what point do these politicians draw the line in the sand for a few votes, we're talking about saving a life here." - Justin Plosz

Some neighbours in the town of Anmore, BC are upset with this because "it's telling children who are overdosing at parties that you are going to get in trouble for calling for help when someone needs it the most. This will lead to more deaths and more people losing loved ones...." John McEwen defiantly has people wondering why would he say that since overdoses have killed more people in BC than COVID19 this year." residents of Anmore, BC feel this will hurt his chances in his next election.

It's really no wonder why Transport Canada won't answer these two as it seems they are just drumming up old news to make trouble for the younger generation and can't seem to get the stories straight. - Thank you Transport Canada for all your work.

COVID19 Stats question: All of" Generation Y" is wondering "why" this triggers a state of emergency when the death rate is so low with a case mortality rate of .32% and 89.8% of the deaths confirmed having two or more contributing factors. The current average age to die from COVID19 is 85 years old. (Higher case count - Alberta Stats July 31, 2020 below)

This week the BC government cracked down on house parties giving a $2000.00 fine to the organizer and a $200 fine to people who attend. The millennials don't seem to care, since the first night the fines were set in place the parties continued without hesitation. Some promoters have pushed their events even further underground now and are charging a $300 COVID19 entry fee to host events to cover the potential fines. Making everyone wonder if their hasty jump to curb partying has any impact what-so-ever and is now going to make it impossible to trace back to the source.

However New Zealand just ruled different as you can clearly see here.

Since Marcella Bernardo didn't try to call the helicopter pilots for a statement, we decided to do it for her, you're welcome!

The more you know: These new laws do NOT infringe on your rights because the Country has declared a "State of Emergency," granting them the power to make laws and bi-laws that would normally infringe on your Charter of Rights and Freedoms Act.

Message from Justin Plosz: "More events are coming and I have been and will continue to work with the mayors and police departments of each community to ensure I am within all laws and limitations when it is deemed necessary. I'm planning another event right now which the local police department is aware of and we are going to work together to make sure everyone is safe like always when it gets approved."
